SISID ANILAO
Commanding attention on a well-known beach strip is Sisid Anilao. A stunning property, whose curvilinear elegance creates its own interesting narrative. The boutique resort spans over a 2,500 sqm lot area with 39 meters of absolute beach frontage. The complex features a cantilevered porte-cochere, lobby, café & bar, indoor and al fresco dining, an infinity pool and ten suites, one of which is a sprawling Tropical Suite with a 180 degree view of the sea.
WEEKEND HOUSE
The Weekend House becomes a modern interpretation of a rural retreat. By creating a calm and serene setting and crafting elements aligned with nature, the Weekend House harbors an indoor-outdoor living experience, ensuring a sense of disconnect.
REVERSE HOUSE
The façade showcases varying levels of volumes, offering a new experience from every angle. The expansive glass elements bring an elevated sense of luxury capturing the attention from the streetscape. Considered in every detail, the build uses a refined material palette creating a distinct presence.
CANOPY HOUSE
Located in the rolling terrains of Ayala Westgrove Heights, Silang Cavite, Canopy House is an elegant imagery of a family home which creates a bespoke dwelling that is modern, dramatically distinct with considered architectural gestures while immersing the personal inclination of its owners.
Ar. Ryan Paul Untivero of RU Design+Build focuses on creating sprawling spaces to embrace natural light and maintain openness across the site. The addition of the double height voids interact with the sculptural curved staircase evoking drama and a sense of unexpected grandeur. The herringbone wood flooring at the receiving area welcomes the built with warmth.
